Labor Law

Our practice covers all matters related to labor law, including but not limited to:

  • Negotiating and drafting employment agreements,

  • Drafting and implementing confidentiality and non-compete clauses within employment agreements,

  • Drafting and implementing internal regulations and bylaws with regard to employees, e.g., incentive programs, code of conduct,

  • Preparation of warning letters and where necessary, termination notices, and representation of the employers in the respective proceedings,

  • Drafting contracts concerning the transfer or leasing of employees,

  • Providing consultancy services to R&D companies on intellectual property matters relating to labor law,

  • Conducting negotiations and providing consultancy during strikes and lockouts, carrying out negotiations for and preparing collective bargaining agreements,

  • Advising on day-to-day labor law matters,

  • Providing consultancy services on the legal precautions that should be taken with regard to work health and safety,

  • Providing consultancy services on training to be provided to employees pursuant to the legislation to which companies are subject,

  • Representation of clients (on the part of both employers and employees) in all kinds of labor law disputes in mediation proceedings and court proceedings.
